On Saturday, May 1st, 2010 we will be holding our 3rd Annual Founders Day Alumni Golf Tournament at the Castle Hills Golf Club.  Please make plans to enjoy a day on the links with other Pike alumni as well as current members of Beta Zeta!

The format of the tournament will be a Four-Man Florida Scramble. The cost of $125 per member and 175 per non-member will include:

** 18 holes of golf at one of Dallas’ finest golf clubs
** Lunch and refreshments after the round
** Prizes for Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, and Longest Putt
** Drink tickets
** Raffle tickets for each player

We will also have several items available for Silent Auction.

Proceeds from the tournament will go to benefit the Ryan Gibson Foundation* as well as the active Pike Chapter at SMU. 


*Initiated in 1995, Ryan Gibson was not only an exceptional brother of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha but a true gentleman and friend.  Known as "Gibbie" to his friends, Ryan lost his battle with Leukemia in 2001. Through the Ryan Gibson Foundation his brothers, friends and family are carrying on Ryan’s goal of helping to find a cure for Leukemia.  The funds raised through the Ryan Gibson Foundation fund cutting edge research by the leading minds in Leukemia Research.

About the Course:

Designed by Jay Morrish, this beautifully choreographed 7,245-yard championship course features rolling terrain, large lakes and wetland areas of native grasses and wildflowers. Each hole is designed to fully compliment the natural lay of the land, with its streams, lakes and 60-foot elevation changes.

Directions:

From the Dallas North Tollway:
Take the Tollway North, to the Parker Exit. Go West on Parker a few miles, cross Josey Lane, and make a left on Windhaven (right after the water tower). Make another left on Lady of the Lake Blvd, and Castle Hills will be on your right.

From Frisco/McKinney: Take Highway 121 South to Main St. (in the Colony) Also known as Josey Lane. Make a left on Main, cross the railroad tracks, make a right on King Arthur and another right on Lady of the Lake Blvd.. Castle Hills is at the top of the hill.
